Tucker University 101 – Intro to the Tucker Trimmer

Kick off your quilting journey with Tucker University 101, the first class in our year-long series focused on mastering Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Design tools. In this introductory class, you’ll get hands-on with the Tucker Trimmer, the foundational tool that will elevate your piecing accuracy and efficiency.

Learn how to perfectly trim units like half-square and quarter-square triangles with ease, setting the stage for the more advanced tools and techniques you’ll explore throughout the year. Each month, you’ll build on your skills with different Studio 180 tools, and by the end of the course, you'll be equipped to create a unique, show-stopping quilt that showcases all your newfound expertise.  

This class requires the Tucker Trimmer I tool which can be purchased at Cactus Quilt Shop.  We also encourage you to purchase the Shaded Four Patch Technique Sheet.  You will also receive an exclusive Design Sheet with your registration that is not available outside of Tucker University.
