Administrative Assistant for Lisa!

What We're Looking For:
  • Attention to Detail:  You're meticulous, with an eye for the little things that make a big difference.
  • Organizational Wiz:  Filing, scheduling, and managing emails is your jam.  You love a well-organized workspace and can keep the owner's to-do list in perfect order!
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with technology and eager to learn new programs.  Experience with Canva is a big plus!
  • Team Player: You're not afraid to dive into piles of paperwork, sort through the chaos, and create order out of it all.  Whether it's at the register or taming a mountain of files, you're ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • Bookkeeping Basics:  Numbers don't scare you and you're comfortable in assisting to keep the books balanced.
Schedule:  

This part-time position offers 10 to 15 hours per week in-store with some schedule flexibility to fit your life.

Are you a quilting pro with top-notch piecing skills?  Do you have a passion for precision and a love for creating stunning quilts?  If you're fast, accurate, and ready to see your work on display, we want YOU on our team!

Why You'll Love this Job
  • Flexible & Fun:  Work on your own schedule from the comfort of your home!  You can choose if you prefer to work for a piece rate OR if you fall in love with the quilt and want to keep it for yourself, you will be provided the supplies AND the quilting services.

What We're Looking For:
  • Expert Piecers:  You're quick, accurate, and have a keen eye for detail.  Your seams are straight and your points are perfect.  Experience with Studio 180 tools or Sew Kind of Wonderful tools a plus.
  • Efficient Workers:   You can piece a quilt with speed and precision, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Passionate Quilters: Whether you're working for a piece rate or plan to keep the quilt, your love for quilting shines through in every stitch.
  • Time Management: You can plan your time to meet our deadlines without worry.
Schedule:  

The hours vary as sample needs come into the shop.  You can plan to work from your own home but you will need to pick up the materials at Cactus Quilt Shop and deliver the finished quilt by the stated deadlines on each project.
